A cool visitor

The other day, a neighbor came over to chat while the kids were napping. We were standing on the front porch, and she looked up and said, "Oh, how did that twig get up there?" And I looked up and saw this:



















And then I ran screaming into the house.

Nah, I'm kidding. My neighbor and I stood there and looked at the walking stick for a few minutes, then we both got a case of the heebie-jeebies and ran for the safety of our homes. :-P

Though I prefer to admire them from afar, walking sticks are very cool. :-)
